While all the 0's were random days the two highest days were also
random ones. So, when ordered by the number of other lost pet ads
the random and earthquake days are mixed together. So, if you just
know the number of other lost pet ads can you guess if its an earthquake
day or a random day? No. That means you can't use the number of
other lost pet ads to predict earthquakes.
